Hi there,

I'm Courtney Snell

My fitness journey began many years ago when I was in a season where I had lost myself. I wasn't confident, anxiety and depression were ruling my life and I felt like I had stopped growing as a person. Honestly, I didn't like who I was. The gym saved me. It proved to be a catalyst to change my body, mind, soul and life. I became hooked.

Like many people do, I started out with no plan, no knowledge, and an unhealthy relationship with both food and myself. I spent years doing the wrong things: eating too little, training too much, hours of cardio, not following a program. I was spinning my wheels and becoming frustrated by my lack of progress. Finally I got sick of my own BS and decided I would do things the right way.

I faced my insecurities head on because I knew I deserved to get the dream body and life I always wanted.  And so do you. I've put in years of practice and study, hired coaches to mentor me, and now I'm teaching others. 

​

Through fitness I have been able to heal myself. It started as something physical, but became something SO MUCH MORE. My mental, emotional, and spiritual health have all grown as a result of working out. I am the happiest I have ever been and I hope I can be that pivotal point for you in your journey. 

​

It takes just one decision to go all in on becoming a better version of yourself. It's time for a NEW YOU.
